Sufficient amount to cover the areas in need.
Morning and evening.
Apply on the entire body, avoiding the chest area.
Massage with gentle and circular movements until fully absorbed.
Ideally, combine the use of the product with exfoliation / peeling at least once a week, consumption of about 1.5 liters of water per day and healthy eating.
